Our Institution is practicing a well strategic plan to integrate all the activities along with the curriculum to achieve Institutional Vision. At the beginning of the academic year, plan of activities are submitted by the HODs which includes variousassociation activities.

Strategic plans of the Institution are as follows,

• To Organize seminars, guest lectures, workshops, field visits and Technical Symposium to enhance practical knowledge.

• To encourage industry-academia collaboration by motivating the students to undergo internship, field visits, field projects in the industries.

• To encourage the teachers to participate in faculty development programmes, conferences, workshops and other enhancement programmes to enrich their capabilities.

• To improve the academic performance of the students through Mentor system.

• To encourage quick learners to prepare for GATE, Competitive Exams after the regular classes on daily-basis called Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) session.

• To give remedial coaching for the slow learners after regular classes on daily-basis for all the courses of study pertaining to the current semester called Special Coaching Class (SCC) session.

• To give Placement Training to students to make them get placed in Reputed Concerns.

• To sign MoU with Industries,to gain Industrial Exposure.

• To help alumini maintain connections to the institution and fellow graduates,Alumini association is formed.

• To promote the cultural and social activity,students are actively involved in cocurricular and extracurricular activities.

• To organize Community based programs to enhance social responsibilty among students.
